15th Anniversary Gifts - Crystal

Quartz crystal is abundant on the shores of Chichester Harbour as a basis for a truly unique 15th anniversary gift. This is a really relevant gift that I can create for you by choosing some quartz from my selection of flotsam and jetsam to put in your sculpture.

I can vary the texture of the sculpture to include quartz or prepare a special sculpture on a quartz stone. Alternatively the driftwood plaques of boats are made with broken glass and crystal found on the beaches.

This sculpture incorporates a crystal bead. The driftwood already had a hole where the crystal was placed. This meant the light shone through the crystal. The couple loved seahorses and wanted a unique crystal gift.

Labels were personalised with a miniature seahorse design and the package was wrapped in yellow tissue with miniature gold seahorses stuck on. I love making each gift special and so do my customers.

A recent anniversary mixed media mosaic commission involved a free hanging mosaic heart utilising pieces of beautiful pottery, many pieces with real 1930's designs. This was hung in the front of a metal edged 3 dimensional box frame lined with poetry quotes and dates, names and details embellished with jewels and glitter.

I could easily add crystals in the mosaic to make this a perfect 15th Anniversary piece.

The message on the back was edged with red and the piece was hung with red cord. This was my first attempt at mosaic and shows I am always willing to try out new designs to answer your brief.

Prices for this sort of design are approx £65.00 and the size is about 8" square although frames vary as to what I have in stock.
