50th Anniversary Gifts - Gold

If you are reaching your golden wedding anniversary, may I first congratulate you. You must have shared so many special memories together. Hopefully I can provide you with a unique gift - a commissioned sculpture - that will make the day even more special.

These sculptures make a beautiful and unique personalised golden anniversary gift. Choose your subject matter and I can make an anniversary plaque or sculpture incorporating gold that is specific to something memorable and special in your life...a perfect way to celebrate the completion of the 50th year of your marriage.

Gold leaf inspired me to produce this artwork with an Eastern theme.
A truly unique wall mirror based on Islamic Manuscript colours with a predominance of gold. It features the husband as a young man totally absorbed in his favourite pastime.

Mounted on the rear is a personalised message proclaiming her love for her husband and thanking him for spending his life with her.

Gold can be incorporated in any of my designs to create a special Golden Wedding Anniversary Gift.

Another idea is perhaps a more unusual art piece such as memento mori with items from your life merged to create a poignant sculpture steeped in symbolism of your 50 years of marriage.

A recent anniversary mixed media mosaic commission involved a free hanging mosaic heart utilising pieces of beautiful pottery, many pieces with real 1930's designs. This was hung in the front of a metal edged 3 dimensional box frame lined with poetry quotes and dates, names and details embellished with jewels and glitter.

This could be done with a gold border and more gold china within the heart, or you could have papier mache heart like the purple one above, painted and collaged with gold. The message on the back could be edged with gold and hung with gold cord.

Or maybe, you would just like a pottery gold heart. Just email me to discuss your very own commission. Prices for this sort of design are approx £65.00 and the size is about 8" square although frames vary as to what I have in stock.

Home Sculpture

Maybe you would like your home to be sculptured - or perhaps a tableau of a pet loved by the two of you.

Alternatively if you wanted something stylish and more minimalist you could have a gold mirror like "Jaipur" with a personalised message or detail painted on the front or attached to the back. A sumptuous gold paint would be used with a rich and shimmering glow.
